Botiga will be making purchases once it is perceived that property values have reached their trough. The rise in membership share prices thereafter will be underpinned by the rise in the Net Asset Value of the club’s portfolio, valued at regular intervals in accordance with international accounting standards.

Should you choose to sell your membership in the future, you can do so through the club. You are charged a performance fee equivalent to only 10% of
the uplift in the value of your shares. The remaining 90% of the capital growth belongs to you.

What's more, Founder members will not be charged a performance fee, allowing them to benefit from 100% of the uplift in the value of their shares.
