In a collins glass combine:
50ml of your favourite Gin
15ml Jack Rudy Elderflower Tonic
Add ice and top with 100ml quality Soda Water
Gently stir and garnish

ELDERFLOWER TONIC CONCENTRATE
We go back to how tonic was originally made; a concentrate which you add soda water to, to lengthen it into a 'tonic water'. Why do we do this? Because it makes the best Gin & Tonic! You get to taste all the delicious botanicals in your favourite gin, and the tonic water, instead of overpowering, just sits in the background balancing the bitter-sweet. This is an update on our small batch tonic, made with natural elderflower (no of artificial flavourings!).
